ask us most.
Is the visit and quote free?
Yes. The initial visit, measurements and detailed quote are always free, with no commitment. We only charge once the job is signed off.
How quickly do you reply?
We'll contact you as soon as possible, no commitment required. For emergencies (locksmith, leaks, power outages, and others): available 365 days a year. Execution time depends on distance — we always confirm by phone before heading out.
What warranty do you offer on the work?
A written warranty on materials and labour, set out in the contract for each job. Appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Do you work with residential communities?
Yes. We present a fixed quote to the residents' meeting, broken down by item, with references from previous communities. Direct dealings with the property administrator.
Do you subcontract to other companies?
No. All the main trades — plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry — are in-house. We only subcontract very specific cases (specialist plaster, tempered glass) to trusted companies.
Do you handle grants and permits?
Yes. We handle minor-works municipal permits. For energy-efficiency grants — Renove and Next Generation 2026 programmes — we calculate the amount for your specific case before signing. No extra cost if we carry out the work.
